As our loved ones get older, we want to make sure that they are cared for and looked after. Whether you live across the street or across the country, it’s important to know that your loved one has someone there for them when you can’t be.
Even if your family member still enjoys their independence, they may be able to benefit from having someone else around, even if it’s just someone to talk to.
At Independence Home Health, we believe that everyone should have access to professional and trustworthy companion care services at a price they can afford.
What Is Companion Care?
Companion care is an in-home service offered to those who, while still independent, live on their own and could benefit from having someone around the house. Companion care visits can be daily, weekly, or anywhere in between and can vary from just a pop-in to a stay of several hours depending on your loved one’s preference and level of need.
Since our in-home companion caregivers take the time to get to know your loved one, they may be able to spot any unusual behavior or actions that could be potential warning signs for much more serious issues.
Companion care provides the peace of mind of knowing that your loved one is being looked out for when you can’t be there.
Companion Care Services We Offer
At Independence Home Health, our companion caregivers go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is getting the service and attention they need.
While we are always happy to just sit there and enjoy the company of your loved one, our services go far and beyond just that.
